1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking an appointment or using services at Baza N2 Barbershop, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Appointments and Bookings
- Appointments can be booked online or by phone
- Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability
- We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason
- Appointment times are estimates and may vary based on service complexity
3. Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. To ensure availability for all clients:
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
- No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee
- Repeated no-shows may result in requirement of prepayment for future bookings
- Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may result in shortened service time or rescheduling
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are subject to change without notice
- Current prices are displayed on our website and in-store
- Payment is due at time of service
- We accept cash, credit cards, and major debit cards
- Gratuity is not included in service prices
5. Service Quality
All services are provided by licensed barbers. We strive for excellence:
- If you're unsatisfied with your service, please speak with your barber or manager immediately
- We'll do our best to make it right
- Service satisfaction is subject to reasonable expectations
- Hair grows at individual rates; we cannot guarantee specific growth outcomes
6. Health and Safety
- We maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards
- All tools and equipment are properly sanitized between clients
- Please inform your barber of any allergies or skin sensitivities
- If you have a contagious condition, please reschedule your appointment
7. Client Conduct
We maintain a professional, welcoming environment for all clients. We expect:
- Respectful behavior toward staff and other clients
- Appropriate language and conduct
- No harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
- Compliance with staff instructions for safety and service quality
8. Liability
Baza N2 Barbershop is not liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal items brought to the barbershop
- Allergic reactions to products (when allergies were not disclosed)
- Dissatisfaction due to unrealistic expectations
- Results from home care or styling that differs from our instructions
9. Age Requirements
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Parent/guardian must remain present throughout children's services
- We reserve the right to reschedule if a child cannot sit safely for service
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
